Throughout the summer months we spend extraordinary amounts of time on specifically maintaining the interior and exterior of our Cornell apartments. Our goal is to give our tenants quality and maintained apartments inside and out. As we are approach the end of June, we wanted to give an update on what we have achieved so far.
Interior Painting: As new leases have begun, our team has successfully completed painting of all interiors of each house in which tenants have moved into. We are planning in the coming weeks to freshen up the interior of all of our renewal apartments at their convenience as well.
Porch Painting: The past few weeks we have been focusing on pressure washing, scraping, sanding and repainting all of our exterior decks to make our tenants hangout spots the best possible. All of the decks along Williams Street and Highland Place have been completed and we are coming to a close with the decks on Dewitt Place and Buffalo Street.
Landscaping: Early in the summer our staff spent time going around to all the gardens surrounding the exterior of our houses freshening up the gardens with new mulch. In addition, our brand new beautiful Dewitt gardens have been thoroughly maintained in order to keep them lively and colorful. Keep looking out for several additions we are making to these gardens.
Maintenance Checks: Our maintenance staff have been doing thorough checks of each of our apartments. They have been checking everything from light bulbs to door knobs. Maintenance has been doing their very best to make sure that your new apartment is ready for your arrival. Of course, sometimes things can get missed. If you need assistance with anything, feel free to contact maintenence at anytime.
We hope that all of our tenants living at our Cornell off campus housing enjoy these features as we have worked extremely hard to keep them in prime condition for the upcoming academic year.
