Vaccination Season, Available Unit Showcase

Well, vaccine season really is in full swing in New York State now! I hope that everyone living in our Cornell off-campus rentals has begun making arrangements to be vaccinated as soon as possible. It’s extremely exciting knowing how close we are to a return to normal, day-to-day life! Thankfully on-campus cases have dropped back into Green Alert territory recently; hopefully, they stay there from now on!

Along with the excitement for herd immunity and the sort of activities it will allow for, I’m sure many of you are very excited at the prospect of living somewhere new for the 21-22 academic year. If you are, please, read on! I would like to present a brief showcase of three of our units that are still available for next year. Whether you want to live alone or with a roommate or two, I’m sure we can offer something that will be of interest.

209 Williams Street #3

Of all of our available units, the fact that this one is available is truly shocking.

This three-bedroom apartment is located on the garden level of a building near the top of Williams Street. Located just below Eddy Gate and the Cascadilla dorms, you will be just close enough to the heart of collegetown to participate in the customary revelry, but just far enough away that it will not keep you up at night!

The apartment has a large, open-plan living area and kitchen. It has two comfy couches, a dining room table and chairs, plenty of counter space, and all the modern appliances you’ll need living off-campus in a Cornell student rental. This includes an in-unit washer and dryer, which are completely free to use!

614 E. Buffalo Street #3

In terms of two-bedroom apartments, this unit is truly the cream of the crop! With hardwood floors and huge bay windows in each bedroom and the living room to let in all sorts of natural light, this unit represents the zenith of both comfort and beauty.

Each spacious room features a full-size bed, a desk, a desk chair, and a dresser, plus additional closet space. The living room comes with a couch, chair, coffee table and end tables, and a TV stand. The kitchen has a dining room table and chairs and all the appliances needed to make a delicious meal for you and your roommate! Again, just like, the last unit I described, this one has an in-unit washer and dryer, which is free to use!

203 Williams Street #5

Although just a handful of steps up from a studio apartment, this one-bedroom unit simply screams elegance and simplicity. It gets fantastic light in the living room and bedroom through the large bay windows facing Williams Street. It also has a fully equipped kitchen just off the living room.

This unit in particular will appeal to those of you who are grad students. Here, you can live on a budget, but still appease your appreciation for the finer things. Also, the building itself is comprised almost entirely of one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, so it tends to be an extremely quiet environment.

If any of these units are of interest to you or if you would like to hear more about what else we have available, please reach out to us right away!
