Ithaca is home to two great colleges, Ithaca College and Cornell University.  Every year the population of Ithaca explodes when school is in session.  All of those students have to live somewhere.  They either live on-campus or off-campus.  Here at our student housing company, we have Collegetown Apartments for the Cornell students.  It works both ways as we offer a place to live for students and they keep us in business.  Everyone wins especially our students who get to enjoy a beautifully furnished apartment near Cornell.  We love having our students every year.

Winter’s End 2022

As we are into March now we had our first 70-degree day this past weekend!  Although temperatures have since dropped, it was a really nice taste of warmer days ahead!  There is no denying that Upstate NY is one of the most beautiful places in the country in the spring and summer.  So while living in your Cornell off-campus housing it is so nice to be able to take advantage of all that Ithaca has to offer.  In a few short months, we will be well into the Spring and your time in Ithaca will greatly improve!

2022-2023

Have you found your affordable student housing in Ithaca yet?  Well, the good news is that there are still some really great places left.  Your best bet is to email us directly at PJapartments@gmail.com to inquire.  We have a few 1 bedrooms, a 4 bedroom, two 5 bedrooms and a 9 bedroom.  This is great news as it’s still possible to rent with a larger group for next year.  The advantage of this is it brings the individual rent prices down.  Also, you will have so much fun living in a house with your friends.  Again it is a situation where you win either way.  So make an inquiry today for your Cornell housing 2022-2023.
