Move to Off-Campus

We have a lot, of tenants that are coming to Cornell as Grad or Ph.D. students.  This means they do not have to spend time in the dorms and are able to transition directly into a Cornell Collegetown Apartment.  The overwhelming majority of our tenants are undergraduate students who have worked their way up in the housing ranks.  It is a rite of passage to spend your time on campus and in the dorms.  An even more rewarding part of that is when you can finally move into a beautifully furnished apartment in Collegetown.  This is where you experience that sense of freedom and privacy that comes with living off-campus.
