Housing for groups at Cornell 2022

Sorority/Fraternity

Are you a member of a fraternity or sorority currently?  Most students who rush and attend one of these groups live in the sorority or fraternity house for their first year.  What is great and really fun is moving into your own house once you put your time in.  We house some large groups in our Collegetown apartments near Cornell.  You still have that camaraderie of being a part of an organization but you have your own place to be together and have fun.  So if you have not yet it is time to reach out and inquire about our student apartment rentals in Ithaca.

Sports or Clubs

Maybe you belong to a sports team at Cornell?  You might even be in a club or group where you share similar interests.  Well, you know what brings a group even closer?  Living together!  We have some great options for groups from 4 people to 9 or even 10 people in our affordable student apartment rentals near Cornell.  You can share your love of your sport or your extracurricular activities and have much more time to bond off the field or out of the classroom.  That is the beauty of living with your larger group of individuals.  You will have fun on the field and even more fun off the field!

Location

Our bigger apartments near Cornell are within a block of campus.  So that gets you off-campus but at the same time close enough to be there in no time.  You are also in the heart of Collegetown which puts you close to the stores, restaurants, and bars as well.  This is the place to be for a Cornell off-campus housing student.  You still have the privacy and quiet of your own room but will never be far from the action as well.  This makes for a truly unique and rewarding experience while attending Cornell.
