Renting In Collegetown, NY for 2022-2023

Cornell

Cornell students who have moved into off-campus housing are very familiar with the process of searching for apartments in Collegetown.  It is an area that most students navigate alone or with the help of their friends.  Rarely do parents come and look for apartments with their children.  More so now in the time of Covid.  In a sense, it is good practice for the ‘real world’.  Apartment hunting is very relevant, especially for anyone that plans on moving out on their own.  So getting out there and exploring your Cornell off-campus housing options in a way is a rite of passage.

Still Need Housing for Next Year

At this point in the year, the rush of apartment hunting has slowed significantly.  Most but not all students have already secured their housing for next year.  If you have not yet, well the good news is it is not too late!  You can find a great fully furnished apartment in Collegetown still.  There are a lot of great options of all sizes to choose from.  Here at PJ Apartments, we work one on one with all of our prospective tenants to find the place that best fits them.  So if you want that personalized help in finding your ideal apartment email us at PJapartments@gmail.com today!

2022-2023

In a few weeks, this semester will be over and the year will be over.  As we enter 2022 that means a time of transition is ahead.  By May the seniors will be graduating and a whole new group will be coming into our housing.  You want to look now for affordable housing near Cornell for 2022-2023.  We know the high demand of work that every student that goes to Cornell deals with.  This takes up a lot of time and is usually the main focus of students.  That being said, you should also start thinking about next year, right now!
