If you can believe it is already mid-May.  This Spring semester has just flown by.  That is also easy for me to stay as a non-student.  Nonetheless, the end of the semester is now on the horizon.  The warm weather has finally come to and it just makes life here in Upstate New York so pleasant.   It is great to see so many people outside and taking advantage of the beautiful weather.  Our tenants are loving just opening up there windows and getting some fresh air.  We offer beautiful houses close to Cornell campus for our tenants to enjoy while attending school.  It is such a great feeling to live in a actual house versus a apartment building.

Rooms For Rent

At this point we have a small handful of rooms for rent near Cornell left for 2022-2023.  We offered our last large apartment to be rented by the room.  This apartment is just steps from campus and has been renovated very recently.  It is a high quality rental that covers two floors.  Each room has a door with a lock so you have your privacy. The common areas and bathrooms are shared.  This is a great option with just 3 weeks until the semester ends.  I forgot to mention it is a 10 month lease starting in August as well!

2022-2023

This next academic year is starting in just a few months.  For anyone that is a junior, sophomore, or freshman currently or coming in for graduate, law, or vet school you will be a student in 2022-2023.  This is an exciting time in your college career to move up to a new grade.  As you move up you will most likely move off-campus.  Then you get to navigate the fun world of Cornell off-campus housing.  It is almost a rite of passage for any Cornell student.  You get to move into Collegetown or one of the other neighborhoods close to campus.  Here at PJ Apartments all of our houses are in the heart of Collegetown.
