August and Cornell Student Housing

August

If you can believe it August 1st is a few weeks away.  This July appears to have been a record-breaking month in terms of rainfall here in Ithaca.  But the good news is the sun is out now and let’s hope for many more sunny days to come in August.  August is an exciting time in Collegetown, especially in terms of Cornell off-campus housing.  Our tenants will be returning back to Collegetown and getting settled before the semester starts.  The seemingly quiet and empty streets of Collegetown will be bustling again with activity.   There will be a lot of action around student apartment rentals near Cornell.

Student Housing

Affordable student housing in Ithaca is a vast field of options.  So much to choose from it’s tough to know where to begin.  You most definitely want a beautifully furnished apartment near Collegetown.  You will want to ask around students who have lived or are living off-campus currently.  What feels right?  Where will you be comfortable, safe, and have your peace and quiet?  Well, there are a lot of apartment and renting companies to choose from.  This is both good and bad. Good because you have a lot of options, bad because so many are not vetted or reputable.  So do some research and ask your friends or older classmen.  Have they heard of PJ Apartments?
