Continuous Gardens Along Dewitt Place in Collegetown

Last summer, working with Cayuga Landscape, we designed and created a continuous, sweeping perennial garden in front of each house along Dewitt Place. We think it’s beautiful and hopefully it has added major curb appeal to our Ithaca collegetown rentals.

Now in it’s second year, we’re really starting to see the plants grow and we’re able to get a sense of what the garden will look like when it has matured in another 2-3 years…as long as we remember to water it!

This year, to add the final touch to the size of the garden, we continued planting around our houses at 514 and 516 East Buffalo Street.

If you get the chance, come take a look at the garden that surrounds some of our apartments for rent in Ithaca.
