Cornell and Collegetown in the Fall

When you make your way around campus everywhere you look the leaves have begun their transformation.  The rainbow of reds, yellows, and greens is slowly changing the landscape.  The Fall is such a great time to be here in Collegetown and Ithaca.  My favorite part about working for a student housing company near Cornell is traveling around Collegetwon and the campus.  I love to see what each season brings to the natural beauty of this area.   I know our tenants must love looking out their windows and seeing this show of color being brought by Mother Nature.

Cooling Down

The morning temperatures have been officially in the 40’s.  But, the days still get warm to the mid-’70s.  Sweatshirts and fleeces in the morning and t-shirts in the afternoon.   The good thing about making your way around Collegetown is there is no shortage of hills!  This will keep your heart rate up and warm on these cool mornings.  Also, it is so nice to be able to open up your window at night and letting the cool breeze cool your room down.  Our tenants in our Collegewtown apartments rentals get that feeling of living in a house.  It is such a unique and rewarding experience!
