Cornell leaves change color

Foliage

On a walk around campus, you can see the leaves are starting to change color.  Today is the official first day of fall.  This means the colors will begin to explode throughout campus and Upstate New York.  Everything from yellow, to red, green, and brown and all of the colors in between.  The skyline is painted with an awe-inspiring palette of colors that people travel from all over to be able to experience.  Our tenants in our off-campus housing near Cornell as well as all of the students on and off-campus will begin to experience this.  How lucky are we!

Fall Semester

The Fall semester is always the shortest semester of the year.  It goes by faster than the spring semester.  It is also the time of year where it is so important to plan ahead.  For all sophomores and juniors, this is the time to look into student apartment rentals in Collegetown.  Leases are being signed and places are filling up.  You want to get out there and start looking.  You can email us today at PJapartments@gmail.com  We are working with students each and every day to find their ideal student housing.  We pride ourselves on having both quality and affordable student housing in Ithaca.

3 Months

There are 3 months from the first day of Fall and the first day of winter.  If you have lived in Ithaca for winter before, you know it comes in less than that.  That cold and snow come faster than we all would like.  That being said, this is a lovely time to come tour our apartments.  Start by looking online at PJapats.com   We have beautifully furnished apartments in Collegetown that you can make your very own for a year or two.  If you find your housing now, it will take a lot of stress off of you come the Spring.
