So the biggest piece of advice I can give anyone planning on living off-campus next year is to start looking!  It sounds crazy, to look a whole year in advance of moving. But, the trend we have seen especially over this past year is that is your best bet.  Cornell Collegetown apartment rentals are just as hot as the real estate market in general.  As soon as school started this past year, September 2021, within a month we were almost fully rented.  What this means is that if you are reading this you have an edge over the competition.  Do not wait if you want to find a prime off-campus apartment.

2023-2024

As each year moves on we see a whole batch of fresh faces making their way off-campus.  We also have a lot of tenants who have lived off-campus in luxury apartment-style buildings.  We can tell you this, they are not many different than living in dorms.  What we provide is an affordable apartment close to Cornell in a beautiful historic house.  Living in a house has so much a better feel than living in an apartment building.  You get the sense of home with the privacy and fun of your own apartment.  Even though we are just winding down on the 2021-2022 academic year; time is flying!
