Spring 2022

This is the time of year when most graduate students find out they were accepted to a program at Cornell University.  I am sure that the anticipation of waiting to be accepted can be very stressful.  The great news is once you have been accepted that huge weight is off your shoulders.  Of course, you still have to get through the program but the hardest part is getting in in the first place.  The next crucial step is to find a place to live.  You have to start searching for student housing near Cornell.  If you are not familiar with Collegetown, this can be difficult.

We are here for you

No need to stress any more than you already have!  We are here to help you find your ideal housing for graduate school, a Ph.D. program, vet school, or law school.  These further education programs require a higher level of quiet and comfort.  Here at PJ Apartments, we have reserved our last few apartments for Grad students!  Living with fellow grad students will put you in a much better place.  You will be able to focus and study in your Cornell Collegetown apartment with like-minded people.

2022-2023

We have some very limited spaces left for our graduate housing.  If you are reading this it is really important you email us right away!  You will be able to secure your fully furnished apartment near Cornell.  Once you do all you will have to do is move in with your clothes and sheets and you will be ready to go.  Take the stress out of finding a last-minute place to live.  Most of your energy needs to be used towards preparing yourself for this amazing next step in your academic career.  Remember if you can get into Cornell you can do anything you put your mind to!
