The trend that we have noticed is that more and more students are getting ahead of the curve by renting earlier and earlier. What that looks like is we are renting now for June 2023. 2023-2024
2023 is going to be a great year for so many Cornell students. Many will be just starting their college journey at the University. Then like I said above more than half of the students will be looking for a place to live off-campus. Many move off-campus for the first time after living in the dorms or on campus for their first two years.
