The rush to find student housing for the 2019-2020 school year is starting to begin. We have some fabulous Cornell off campus housing still available for the 2019-2020 year. One of these places is 205 Williams Street.
205 Williams Street is in a great location just below Eddy Gate in Collegetown. It is an 8 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on 2 floors. Some of the second floor bedrooms are very large which is great for people who like to prorate. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with 2 refrigerators and laundry units. There is also a great rear yard for sunbathing or having a barbecue with friends. Off-street parking is available.
This summer, we renovated each of the bathrooms with new flooring, vanities and toilets. We have also added a brand new ultra modern sectional sofa and love seat to the living room area along with new end tables, a coffee table, and a TV stand.
Touring this house is easy! Our staff can show the house anytime during the week between 10am and 6pm. We can also make special accomodations for showings outside of these times.
