Spring 2022 Semester at Cornell

It Begins

This week coming up classes begin for the Spring semester at Cornell in Ithaca, NY.  The only change is the first two weeks the students will be remote.  The spring semester is a very exciting time for college students across the country.  Although we are smack in the middle of winter before you know it the warm weather will be here.  This means a whole group of students will be graduating and another group will be taking their place.  This constant cycle we see play out in our Cornell off-campus housing apartments in Collegetown every year.  For our tenants who are graduating their apartments will be filled with a new and fresh group of students who are next in line.

Not Graduating?

If you are a freshman through junior underclassman you are well on your journey through the amazing college experience.  You might be living in the dorms this year or you may have an off-campus rental already.  From our experience, there is still a fair share of students who have not yet secured housing for next year out there.  It is not too late!  Here at PJ Apartments, we still have some amazing fully furnished rentals in Collegetown.  Close to campus and affordable we pride ourselves in providing high-quality housing for Cornell students, year after year.

2022-2023
