Start of a New Year, Available Units for 21-22

We wanted to start off the new year by wishing everyone health and happiness in 2021! So far the weather has been mild, if a bit gray and gloomy, with some warm, sunny days scattered throughout. Not too bad for a winter living in college town apartments!
