Happy New year to everyone!  2021 was a challenge but we all made it through it and learned so much.  Although the semester ended abruptly, in less than 3 weeks classes are to resume.  We have not gotten word yet from Cornell on how they plan on returning to classes, but we will know soon.  The one thing about Cornell is they will find a way to return to in-person learning as soon as they feel it is safe.  One thing we do know is classes will go on, and school will continue.  The same goes for Cornell off-campus housing, our tenants will return in a few short weeks to begin the Spring 2022 semester.

2022-2023

As we begin the Spring 2022 semester, any student who will not be graduating this year needs to figure their living situation out for next year.  If you have not yet, do not worry.  Here at PJ Apartments, we have some great affordable student rentals in Collegetown still available.  We suggest you inquire with us today to get ahead of the rush.  Once students return we expect a lot of inquiries on apartments for the next academic year.  The most apartments we have left are 1 bedroom.  We have a variety of different size options, from studio up to 9 bedrooms.  But for those who are looking for a 1 bedroom, you will have the best variety to choose from.
