Cornell & Collegetown Housing review 2021

Year in Review

2021 saw the introduction of the vaccine for Covid-19.  Fall 2021 saw Cornell classes return to fully in-person learning.  Cornell had an impressive 97% vaccination rate of its students.   With constant testing, Cornell was able to successfully keep classes open and cases contained until early to mid-December.  Unfortunately over 1000 breakthrough cases were recorded just prior to finals and Cornell quickly shut down from the contagious Omicron variant.  We got many emails from our tenants in our Collegetown apartments near Cornell of positive Covid cases.  So the semester abruptly ended and now we are a week into Winter break.

What 2022 will bring

As we all know during this challenging time we do not know what tomorrow will bring.  With less than a month to the Spring semester beginning, we are sure Cornell is working on its strategy for a safe return.  We will be welcoming our tenants back with open arms come January.  They will be returning to their fully furnished apartments in Collegetown to begin classes whether they be in person or remote.  We know Cornell will continue to vigorously test and quarantine and be able to resume once it is safe.  We are all learning daily how to adapt and continue to pursue our dreams during this time.

Renting for 2022-2023

One thing we know is that once students return they will be actively looking for housing for next year.  We are getting a lot of emails and inquiries still during the break.  Cornell will continue on and we will continue to provide a safe and affordable place for students to live in Cornell off-campus housing.  So take a look at our website PJapts.com  Contact us through our website or directly at PJapartments@gmail.com  We are here and still working and will personally answer your email.  We have some great places still available to rent for 2022-2o23!
