Beautiful Newly Renovated House at 115 Dewitt Place in Collegetown, Ithaca NY

Once students return for the 2018 academic year, they are eager to get their Ithaca collegetown rentals secured for the 2019-2020 year. It can be one of the most excited times of the year for students and we have many houses and apartments still available.

Newly renovated in 2017, 115 Dewitt Place is an absolutely beautiful top quality 6 bedroom house that can fit up to 10 people. The house has very high-quality fixtures, fittings, and furniture. With 3 very large bedrooms, it is a great place to share a room with a friend. It has 3 bathrooms and 2 studies.

Entering into the house is a grand foyer that leads to an original, wide staircase connecting all 3 floors. The open-plan 1st floor has a huge living room with an amazing plush sectional couch and two love seats. There is also a beautiful bay window and working fireplace! Across from the living room is a large dining room with another gorgeous bay window. Adjoining the dining room is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with 2 refrigerators, a large pantry, a little breakfast nook and a laundry room that all have ceramic tile. The house has a great front porch with stunning perennial gardens along the front of the house. Free off-street parking is available at the door.

Touring this house is easy! Our staff can show the house anytime during the week between 10am and 6pm. We can also make special accomodations for showings outside of these times.

If you are interested in this house or any of our other properties, you can email us at pjapartments@gmail.com or give us a call at 607-277-0910.
We are looking forward to renting season and showing all of our Ithaca houses for rent to prospective tenants.
